Chando's needs to open in Natomas!
$7.99 for a Chandos combo (3tacos and a fountain drink) about$6 for a kids meal. You should be expecting to spend $10 or less for a meal. It's $2 per taco.
The best tacos in the whole world. I’ve had tacos from sooo many places in Sacramento and surrounding areas and nothing compares! They are always super nice and accommodating! Highly recommend
What's not to like about Quesatacos? They're delicious! I love coming here. 💕
Food was good but order was all wrong and tortillas were warm almost cold. Ask for no guacamole on tacos still got it. Ask for one tortilla on tacos got two. Order 4 tacos only got 3. Would return
While searching for the best tacos in Sacramento this place kept coming up so we decided to try it and we were not disappointed! I tried the carnitas, chorizo and asada and each were fire in their own way! I would eat here again when in town!
The tacos were delicious. Seating could be a little cramped on the back patio if it is busy (it wasn't for my visit). There was a bit of a smell on the patio (Can't quite identify it. it wasn't strong but it wasn't pleasant. )Overall it's a taco stand and the food was good.
Being from San Diego and traveling to Mexico a lot I set the bar pretty high on a good taco joint. This place is about as authentic as it comes and at great prices too! My barometer for a great taco joint are the Adobada tacos and these were fantastic. Was happy that this was so close to where my wife's conference was for work near the Arden Fair Mall. Highly recommend going if you want some great food!
Good customer service and the food is pretty good. Location kind of sucks because there's so many sketchy people around.
Love the tacos! Would 1000% recommend!
Very affordable, and high quality ingredients. The chorizo burrito was incredibly juicy, and the tortilla perfectly crisped and rolled. Chando's is officially my go-to for cheap Mexican food! Trying tacos next time!
Pretty good nachos, not the best or cheapest in town, but they have a good selection of meats. Nice people. Outdoor seating only. Right on the light rail blue line. Free drink refills, even horchata.
I thought all chando's tacos were created the same but apparently I'm ignorant. This chando's is amazing. Their norcal burrito is like a California burrito. I highly recommend it.
It does not get any better than this. Well, I've always wished there was rice in the menu. And I would be nice if they answered the catering line or returned calls.
I enjoyed the food. The spot is kind of shady but it's worth the stop. The cheese was good and the asada was very favorable.
Authentic yet quirky, I LOVED Chando's and can't wait to go to Sacramento again. Nom, nom, nom.
The real deal. Authentic tacos as you would expect from California. The lingua was tender and flavorful and the mulita was crispy and fresh. The Horchata is refreshing as well!
First time eating at this location. Other time I ordered frm a friend and are them room temp. Very good but they took a very long time for 3 tacos. The meat was very tasty and clean. Tripas have to be cleaned properly or you'll taste a very grainy flavor. The location is in a little bit of a rough area of Sac so be cautious at night. I'm from Los Angeles where things get pretty tough sometimes but I'd still be careful. I'll definitely be back to try the other meats and options lie the mulitas and tortas. Enjoy!
Awesome tacos to go! Line got long for good reason. I ordered 3 different varieties of tacos, all were fresh, unique, and flavorful.
We ordered four tacos today from the Roseville location, two carne asada and two carnitas. We asked them to add guacamole. What we got were four extremely dry tacos. Had the guacamole on them but no salsa. The most horrible tacos that I have ever eaten. Will not go there again.
Some hit n misses but the hits make it worth itHits:QuesotacoAsadaMulitasChickenMisses:Adobado was kind of flavorlessBirria taco was just ok
Food is OK but for the price. No thanks I order the steak nachos all the time but last week they said to have steak its 3 bucks more I guess they are trying to make up for covid 19 lost business for 13 bucks u can go sit down at a restaurant and get way more oh well
Bomb food, highly recommend this place!
3 dollars extra for steak on my nachos? That's a 30% raise on the price that the cashier didn't even mention before charging me for it, she gave me the excuse that it's because of covid, and also try to make fix things saying that all chandos locations are doing the same. Trust me, the scoop of meat that goes in them isn't worth 3 extra dollars, plus I asked for the cheese on the side and they really gave me just a two oz container, was I supposed to pay extra for a decent portion of cheese on my nachos too?
Love chandos! but wasn’t a big fan of the new tortillas they are to dry
The tacos here are so good. They do have a low carb option of substituting a tortilla for lettuce. My tacos were so good. I cannot wait to come back again.
My quesadilla was burnt. You can taste the burnt tortilla. Meat was burnt 9r overwell done. Should've hit a real taco truck. Chando's used to be better. They're slacking
If you are looking for good, delicious and genuine Mexican food without the frills and drama of a sit-down fine dining restaurant, then this is your place. It’s worth stopping by if you are visiting or driving through Sacramento.
Amazing! You can't go wrong with Chando's Tacos! They have a large menu from tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, nachos, etc. (Take your pick!) and have signature meats and veggie options.I recommend the carne asada fries and you can't go wrong with street tacos with your choice of meat or veggie option.
Great place to go for a quick eat. Sometimes a bit too salty but in general very delicious. Interesting specials and fun music. I dance while I wait in line.
I ordered a Nacho and the chips were alittle to thin and the chicken taste good but it had another flavor as well which I couldn't get and the nacho cheese was alittle thin to where it all just dropped to the bottom so majority of the bottom chips get soggy fast with the thin cheese. Overall the nachos were good and I'd give it another try.
Great food wonderful employees. The new fries need some work but other than that I love this place
After 44 minutes wait for my order (1 Asada Burrito, 3 Asada Tacos, 1 Adobada Nachos) it's ready. I take a bite of my nachos and the Meat and Cheese are STONE COLD! Next the burritos Meat and Tortilla was COLD! At this point I'm dreading what I'll find with the Tacos. So, as soon as I open the box there are multiple Black Long HAIRS in the food,; IM MORTIFIED! REFUND TIME - I went up to the lady and explained my findings and she looked at my hair and me as if I was the won whom screwed up. I told her my hair is not black and everyone preparing the food is...Full Refund and I will never come back to this location ever. Here I come CHANDOS TACOS on Power Inn & Fruitridge Rd.
I'm from Texas and this is some of the best authentic Mexican food I've had while I've been here.
Upon ordering the girl at the counter could not seem to get a simple order right. It actually took her 3 tries to get things correct. In that case t minute wait I found out there had been numerous mistakes made all night. . Some younger children needed napkins after making a mess which took the staff here 8 minutes exactly to restock. Never again chandos on arden
I came here because I heard about the cheese taco shells (which were AMAZING!!). The Carnitas are great, biria tasted a bit like ketchup but still pretty good. However the chips I received were incredibly stale and not enjoyable to eat at all. Guacamole looked to be a bit old, maybe from the previous night. This confirmed my suspicions when I noticed a greener guacamole in the tacos. I'll definitely be back for more of the quesotacos. Some of the best Carnitas I've had and I want to try other options in this satisfying cheese shell. Don't even miss the tortilla. Great option 😉♥️
Best steak burritos I've ever had. Please try it before you try their tacos
Yummiest tacos and quesadillas ever had , especially the chicken ones. One of the best Mexican food joint. I didn’t had the pics as the food was irresistible so didn’t had time for one.😋🌮😉
It was good when the OG's use to work there back in the beginning. With the youngsters there now, the food had my stomach feeling like I ate at an old school roach coach. Haven't had that much stomach pain in a long time. I'll pass on this location & give the other spot a try next time.
The cheese wasnt even melted on the inside. The cheese on the outside was burned. The chicken was even gross. I give up on Chandos
Great tacos! Me & my coworker were waiting on our ride, got 2 tacos each, fish and asada. The restaurant was quick and we finished eating before our ride got there. Delicious & savory, I recommend you try their tacos
I started with the Arden location, but have since discovered the West Sac location... Which is easier to get to. The food is just as good... Maybe better, it's indoors (but has a patio), and tables. Much better than standing in the elements. They also have more drink options. Much, much better overall experience in West Sac.
The food is always on point, and freshly made. The staff is also friendly. This place is very easy to get to, and is only about a 5 minute drive from the mall.
Great steak tacos here. You can see the guy grill the steak thru the window.
From the moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you a great feeling. Very congenial hosts, it is a nice place to pass time with friends and colleagues or with your date. yummy meals, specialist chief cook and stuff, modest price and professional service. Warmly recommended.
Curiosity brought me here and I wasn't disappointed. I had their Pappa Fries, Mini Torta, 2 Tacos and a churro. All were tasty and worth the wait in line. Would definitely return if I'm ever back in Sacramento.
Wish the tacos were homemade. Super busy. Yummy.
Transcendent tacos. Staff was incredibly helpful and the chef there was insanely talented. Best Mexican north of LA.
You haven't had real tacos until you eat Chando's tacos, now this is REAL Mexican food
Mexican food... so tasty. Looking forward to returning with my friends. The bill was well within reason for the quality.
We went to chandos Tacos on 7/28/20 order a burrito and two tacos suppose to been chicken but gave us steak food was nasty very dissatisfied this was our first time going there and our last time and cashier Juan was very sneaky charge us $3 Asada and did not tell us I found out cause I ask for receipt and I look over it and seen $3 charge and I ask him what's $3 charge for he said cause they was out off stuff so they charge $3 I told him you should of told us that from beginning you dont do that sneaky mess to Customer lucky I'm having ge women I telling everyone check your receipt thats not cool charge Customers extra $3 and dont e en tell you that they just do it if I wouldn't check my receipt I wouldn't have k own bad Customer service I'm so done ii dont recommend anyone to go there seriously bad business
I really love this place. You can't go wrong with any of their items. I usually get the three taco combo, hold the guac (I know it's un-Californian of me). The only issue I have is that the location on Arden cannot for the life of them get my order right. It's always missing something, or a sauce was added to something, or the flavor tacos are wrong. I'm goona have to stick to the Roseville location or be constantly going back to the window to complain, but no one like that guy, so option b.
